Plantanimus: ''Awakening'' - Joseph M. Armillas Plantanimous is a view of the future and indeed a true possibility if science continues as it did. The only aspect possibly out of place is the inclusion of psychic ability. However within the book such an ability provides a deeper understanding of the characters without an omniscient narrator. Armillas also shows differences between the various races of the Plantanimus are beautifully created and exposes the complexities of human thinking.
